While this was purchased as a gift for my 80 year old mother, I absolutely love the picture on this set, however she tried her best to blow out the speakers the 1st week she had it. Sound starts to distort above a volume of 50, which is too loud for me, but she frequently had over 70. I had to switch the sound over to a set of amplified PC speakers to protect the ones in the unit, and actually has a little better sound now.
Easy setup. Fast video and audio set up. This is also integratable with Alexa devices, which is awesome. I have also set the tv to work with the Xbox skill om Alexa which makes things alot easier.

I have used Netflix, and there were no issues with lag. For those that do have lag should either upgrade their internet service or turn off Wi-Fi for their devices to increase internet speed for the tv.

I did have some issues with the audio cutting in and out every hour. I called support on Amazon and they resolved my issue. If anyone is experience this, unplug all cords that are connected for 20 seconds then plug everything back in. Make sure the cords are plugged in securely.

Hey, why buy new when a RE-manuf, is just fine. Saved money and works great. Still working just fine months later. Happy as all get out $$$$$$$ saved. Probably will blow up tomorrow after this review......LOL
Case vibration causes sound distortion...reported to warranty repair, tech replaced speakers, still vibrates, bought external speakers. Weak WIFI antenna or something. TV located less than 20 feet from WIFI router. Video streaming drops out. After checking direct internet connection to WIFI I tested what the TV was receiving
. Direct = 5Mbps, TV = 1.1Mbps, cell phone (15 feet further away from WIFI router than TV) =4.8Mbps. Called warranty service, tech replaced board, no change. He suggested running a patch cable directly to WIFI receiver. Two months, two service calls, no resolution.
Now this is weird. The TV will not turn off. I power down using the device remote and, after a few second, it powers right back up. I've tried on multiple inputs and the problem persists. If anybody has any ideas about how to correct this, I'd like to know. Otherwise, the TV functions well
I like Vizio products I've had Vizio TVs before and they last a long time. This is a refurbished 32 inch smart cast Vizio
. It was very easy to set up and program and as I have Google home it is connected to Google home so I can cast Netflix, Amazon Prime, and all the rest. Great inexpensive TV, great picture, great sounds. I'm very happy with it

Means that the item was returned broken at one point and Vizio had it repaired, the operating system wiped and reinstalled...and reselling it at a cheaper price
